• 3 years personal tax returns (for each owner over 20%)

• Current financial statements (income statement and balance sheet within 60 days)
• Articles of Incorporation and corporate bylaws
• Copy of existing lease agreement
• Copy of offer/purchase agreement and/or escrow instructions (if available)
